Köln Hbf Access Road
Complete reconstruction of the main access road serving the Central Station logistics area. The project involved heavy-duty surfacing designed to withstand constant heavy goods vehicle traffic.

Media Park Parking Lot
Resurfacing of the multi-level commercial parking facility. Works included leveling the existing substrate, laying drainage-optimized asphalt, and applying fresh line marking.

Sülz Estate Driveways
A beautification project in the Sülz district involving the installation of decorative asphalt driveways for 12 private residences, integrating permeable paving solutions for better drainage.

Rodenkirchen Logistics Hub
Large-scale flooring and paving for a new distribution center. The surface was engineered to support high rack loads and intensive forklift operations without deformation.
Educational
Primary School Playground
Safety-first renovation of the school yard and sports area. We utilized noise-reducing asphalt and leveled the ground to ensure water runoff away from the school building.
Municipal
Nippes Main Street Repair
Rapid intervention project to repair potholes and degraded surface layers on a busy urban connector road. Work was completed at night to minimize traffic disruption.

Highway A1 Maintenance
As part of a municipal consortium, we handled the milling and resurfacing of a 3km stretch of the A1 feeder road. The challenge was to maintain traffic flow while working in tight shifts.
Eco-Center Permeable Parking
This project focused on sustainability. We installed a fully permeable asphalt system that allows rainwater to drain through the surface back into the groundwater, reducing local flood risk.
