3. Services and Estimates

We strive to provide accurate estimates for all projects. All quotes provided by Pfister Asphaltbau are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. The final cost may vary if the scope of work changes due to unforeseen site conditions, weather delays, or client-requested modifications. A written agreement or purchase order is required to confirm the booking of services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Generally, a deposit may be required to schedule work and purchase materials. Final payment is due upon completion of the project and satisfaction of the agreed scope. Late payments may incur interest or delay future services. All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and exclude applicable value-added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the smooth execution of our paving services, the Client agrees to:

• Provide clear access to the work site for our machinery and personnel.
• Ensure the site is free of vehicles, debris, and obstructions prior to our arrival.
• Obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals required for the work.
• Inform us of any underground utilities (gas, water, electricity) not marked by official utility services.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover committed materials and labor.

7. Warranties and Limitations

We take pride in our craftsmanship. Pfister Asphaltbau warrants our workmanship against defects for a period specified in your contract (typically one to two years) from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Heavy vehicle loads exceeding standard design specifications.
• Improper drainage or water flow issues not caused by our grading.
• Natural disasters, ground movement, or chemical spills (oil, gasoline).
• Failure of the Client to maintain the surface properly (e.g., sealcoating, crack filling).

8. Site Conditions and Force Majeure

Asphalt paving is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to rain, freezing temperatures, or other adverse weather conditions that could compromise the integrity of the installation. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pfister Asphaltbau or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
